Shipping Policies
Ohlone College Bookstore The Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.
On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August/September or January/February, delivery time may take longer.

Textbooks/course materials may be returned by the date stated on the Refund Policy and/or cash register receipt. Defective or incorrectly shipped products may also be returned during this same time period. A restock fee of 10% will be charged for all textbooks/course materials purchased online. To be eligible for refund, products must be in same condition as when purchased and must be returned with all original pieces as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Products that are not defective must be returned unopened. Do not remove shrink wrap from products that are to be returned. Please check packing list for return address information.
Exceptions to this policy include DVDs, electronics, software and customized products. Please contact us if you have a question about returning a textbook. Customized products which are non-returnable include clothing with monograms and custom published materials (such as course readers or syllabi).
