Shipping Instructions

If you selected the option to pick up your order, the order will be ready beginning on August 9th  at the Fremont Campus Bookstore Online Order Pickup Counter.  If you selected to have your books sent to the Newark Campus, please see Newark hours on home page of website for pickup times.  

If you selected to have your order shipped to your home, orders will begin shipping August 11th.   Shipping charges are shown below. 

If you placed your order on or after August 30th, the books will be ready for pickup or shipped within 2 business days. 

Orders placed after October 4th will be held for 5 days. 

Please bring photo ID and confirmation number when picking up books. 

Shipping Charges:

United Parcel Service - Ground............... $12.00 first item + $1.00 for each  additional item

United Parcel Service - 2nd Day Air........ $17.00 first item + $2.00 for each additional item (Not available in the Bay Area).

United Parcel Service - Next Day Air...... $22.00 first item + $5.00 for each additional item (Not available in the Bay Area).

Parking Permit only................................... $1.00 per order

Class Schedule only.................................. $2.50 per order

College Catalog only................................. $3.75 per order

International Shipping Price will be quoted via email for individual orders.
